Nunney is a beautiful village to visit with lots of lovely places to stop for a bit of lunch, and it comes with its very own castle! Nunney Castle is a great place where your little ones can explore and have fun playing dragons and knights letting their imaginations run free.

The Castle is free to visit making the village of Nunney a great location to combine with a trip to the beautiful city of Wells only 14 miles away, where you could visit the spectacular Wells Cathedral (free to visit – donations requested) or the lovely village of Bruton, only 9 miles away where you could vist Hauser & Wirth Somerset – a new world-class contemporary art gallery that opened in September 2014 (also free to enter).

Also, not to be missed is the Nunney Street Fayre which will take place on the will take place on Saturday 1 August 2015 from 10am to 5pm. Thousands of visitors from all over the southwest of England flock to centre of Nunney for live music, shopping, street entertainment and more.
